He provides a holistic approach to your mental health challenges and helps you to explore the root of your presenting challenges that impacted various areas of your life whether it is your personal growth and/or relationships with others. He also focuses on childhood, intergenerational trauma and cultural impacts on your mental health, values your strengths and helps you build compassion and acceptance to thrive.

Hari provides therapy as a two-step process where he guides you to increase your self-awareness and helps you to find answers to questions such as What happened to you? And How do your current issues impact you? He follows the next step by equipping you with tools to regulate your emotions, tolerate crisis, build interpersonal relationships and boost your self-worth and confidence.

His passion towards supporting others was derived from his personal and professional experience. His personal journey as a youth refugee escaping war motivates him to provide better services and provides deeper insight about you. He has more than 8 years of mental health experience in various mental health settings such as community organizations and private practices in supporting teens, adults and seniors along with diverse cultural clients. Hari offers a treatment plan based on evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT to provide effective interventions. He also offers services in English and Tamil.
